#1 Paid advertising is too expensive for me.

Myth! Paid advertising costs what you choose for it to cost. Your advertising agency is able to set your budget to whatever you're comfortable with. If you'd prefer to start with a smaller budget to test it out, you can!


#2 Boosting my post is the same thing as paid advertising.

Myth! This one is inaccurate for so many different reasons. Paid advertising allows for advanced customization features on exactly who you want to target, to make sure you're spending your hard earned money the right way. Also, the analytics that come along with paid advertising unmatched, where an experienced person is able to tweak your ad to perform even better! You can also add CTA buttons, and display your ads in a variety of different ways (carousel, slideshow, and so much more!


#3 Once I set my budget, all I have to do is sit back and watch my sales increase.

This is also a myth. A huge part of being successful in paid advertising is understanding the analytics part of it, to make sure your ad is performing to the best of its ability. If one ad is performing better than the other, you should find out the why, and improve your ad in order to improve the conversions. Paid advertising does not end at the launch. It's the after that counts.


#4 Paid advertising won't work for my product or service.
