Cape It Local's School-Supply-Giveaway!

As the Cape It Local School-Supply-Drive drive comes to an end, the challenge to ensure generous donations help children across Cape Cod becomes our top priority! We have been working diligently to sort through and organize thousands of dollars in donations, and for that we say thank you! Your generosity has been beyond impactful. From Mashpee to Yarmouth our Cape It Local boxes have been filled to the top and the effects of this drive have been an overwhelming success! The articles written through this blog have been shared nearly 100 times & reached over 20k people... It has been AMAZING! Again, Thank you!

I was recently introduced to Brian Morrison, a Barnstable police officer & Kiwanis Club member. Brian has had a tremendous impact on this community has an inspiring desire to give back, I was truly touched by his generosity. The Kiwanis Hyannis chapter recently purchased 175 backpacks for children in the area, and after talking with him it seemed like a great fit for Cape It Local & Kiwanis to combine our efforts.

This Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 from 4-6pm @ Murphy’s on Main in Hyannis all ages are welcome to pick up back to school supplies.
